- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Cheryl called my mom all the way in Sun City and harrassed her over several phone calls until my mom agreed and gave up her checking#. This office then went out of their way and called up her current insurance company to tell them my mom no longer wishes to be insured by them. My mom had to stop check with her bank and I called this office and spoke to Tammy to "verify a policy" and they gave me the run-around that by law they can't which is false. Seems they think they don't have to verify a policy but John can call your insurance company without your permission and cancel your policy. This office is a bully and very aggressive and likes to pick on the elder. What insurance office calls someone over 100 miles away to get you sign on with them? They obviously are desperate for business and decided that picking on Sun City was their best bet even if they are over 100 miles away. WOW! I am reporting this office to corporate Allstate and filing a complaint with my mom.By Ronni Arizona, July 02, 2017
