- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was very saddened with the customer service I received yesterday. I arrived less than 10 minuets after the doors had been locked. I was able to get the attention of one of the workers and they came to the door. I explained that I was from Colorado and I was in Arizona because my dad had been put in the hospital after doctors found a tumor in his spine. I had driven from Phoenix to come pay my dads bill because it was the only bill he could not pay online. My dad was scheduled for spine surgery Wednesday the 16th. I just want to know..........What would you want someone to do for you in that situation? I know the office was closed but have a heart! There had to be something this lady could have done to help me out. I don't know, I grew up in Cottonwood and the small town I remember helped each other. I was just very displeased with the willingness to help me in such a difficult time.By Jennifer Colvig, June 30, 2017

- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆So we were able to switch over our Gas, Electric, HOA, sewer, and trash from one tenant to another over the phone... but WATER we need to come in person to the office with PROOF so that we can give them money ?!?!?!?
