- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is my credit union since I moved to AZ in 2013. If I could rate them 10 stars (or even more), I would do so. Their customer service in my financial crises has been PHENOMENAL!! I would go to their branch for a visit practically a nervous wreck and would leave with the assurance that all would be financially OK for me. Their members's representatives treated my situation with utmost business concern and resolved my worries by offering doable financial advise. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I'm a customer here because I believe in local credit unions as opposed to the vile network of TBTF banks that we're all forced to live with. With that said, I have been only moderately happy with the level of service at this Bank. However since their name change and management overhaul the customer service level has improved slightly. I will say at the drive-up ATM seems to be functioning much better than it used to be so I will stay here as a customer. However I must say that the emphasis at this bank is on making loans, which I understand. There isn't much being offered as far as a level of service to people who simply want to save money and earn a return on their savings accounts. However I do understand, more than most people do, that this is not the fault of this particular Credit Union but of the overall criminal Financial system that is in the process right now of bankrupting this country.By Bankster Slayer, September 12, 2017
